False comparison

[edit]

The works of Argyris and Senge couldn't be more dis-similar. Senge is a pop OD specialist, Argyris has a background in science. This comparison should be removed because it gives a wrong impression of the relationship between these two writers.

This description of Peter Senge lacks nuance.

While it is true that Senge was a popular organizational development theorist, it is not accurate to imply that his work lacks any scientific foundation. The core of Senge's position about organizational learning rests in System Dynamics, which requires a disciplined and quantitive analysis of current conditions, and his position as senior lecturer at the MIT Sloan School of Management certainly argues for the seriousness of his work.
